I had an opportunity to chat to A’isha Mouneinme on Cape Town based community radio station The Voice of the Cape on Monday
afternoon. We spoke about water conservation, why we should all be saving water and how each of us can do so in our homes with some water saving tips.
Of course, no domestic water conservation discussion would be complete without an overview of the Water Rhapsody award winning conservation solutions in grey water and rainwater harvesting, so you’ll hear about those too.
Click below to listen to the podcast. I think you’ll find it very interesting.
Cheers, Shaun.
PS: one up front correction / apology, I referred to the ‘new’ Berg River dam as the Brede River dam, oops! Speaking live on radio not as easy as I thought.

Good work Shaun. I wouldn’t worry too much about the little oops. Great interview!
Hi Shaun, great interview well done.
Shaun … Great Job with the radio interview!!! … If you’ve had enough of helping ‘us’ to conserve you may just have another calling!!
Well done Shaun. Took me a bit of time to get the interview to play but finally got to hear the whole thing.
You are doing a great job, Shaun. It is interesting to know that you have moved out of IT to save the environment; I wanted to ask you what made you to make this move but your interview answers my questions. Great interview and all the best! Don’t ask me how I have managed to stop at http://www.watersolutions.co.za from Bangalore!
